Client Details: Japanese Building Materials Manufacturing

Responsibilities
  • Identify and approach new potential clients, including property developers, contractors, architects, construction firms, etc.
  • Present and promote decorative paint and coating solutions to meet client needs.
  • Achieve sales targets through proactive lead generation and client engagement.
  • Maintain relationships with customers by providing customer service, support, information and guidance to our range of products.
  • Conduct group presentations to consultants such as architects and developers.
  • Assist consultants in preparing technical specifications and tender documents for projects.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • Minimum 2 years in Sales/Marketing related experience.
  • Able to speak in English fluently.
  • Background in B2B Sales Client Acquisition (Advertising, Agency, Consultant, Real Estate, etc).
  • Plus Point: Having databases and experience dealing with Residential/Developers/Contractors/Architectural Firms/Interior Designers Firms, etc.
  • Possession of a driving license and a car to visit clients, architects, developers regularly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
