We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our team in Jabodetabek/Central Java/West Java. This role will serve as the face of Lamudi in multiple cities for top and local clients, including real estate agencies and property agents.

As a Business Development Associate you will build good partnerships with clients, identify client’s needs and exercising best solutions that work for the client. You will create a strong commitment to drive our sales performance and maintain a “can do” attitude, seek solutions to problems and work toward improvement continuously.

What your day-to-day looks like:
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for top and local property agencies/agents in Jakarta/West Java/Central Java, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong relationships
  • You will Identify and research potential clients, prepare a good quality of sales proposal/presentations and pitch
  • You will identify the client’s needs and exercise the right solution to help property clients to get more reach
  • You will maintain deep knowledge of the traffic and marketing solution products, services, and market trends especially within property industry
  • You will implement strategies to expand our market presence and maintain a high quality deliverables
  • You will build connections with property offices or related clients on a daily basis
Is this you?
  • A Fresh graduate or someone with 1 year working experience, with a degree in business, engineering, or a related field are welcome to apply
  • A good command of the English language
  • Have experience in direct selling, relationship management, or meeting customers in any other way
  • Have entrepreneurship experience and a proven track record in meeting own targets & deadlines
  • Have a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, and able to work under pressure and with monthly target
  • You have a vehicle to your own use (motorcycle/car)
  • A Self Starter : you do not wait, always proactively seeking for improvement area and opportunities to grow'
  • A Problem Solver : you are able to identify gaps, proposing solutions, and following through to execution
  • A Commercial mind: Someone who loves providing customer service whilst always on the lookout for the opportunity to up sell our product/service
  • Excellent Sales & Negotiation skills: Knows the sales game by heart and loves to play it everyday, understands what makes a customer tick and can get always get a deal that makes all parties happy
  • A Client success mindset: Demonstrates outstanding account management skills and an understanding of the needs of clients
