Business Development and Leasing Manager
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the leasing portfolio.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, brokers, and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Oversee the entire leasing process, including property showings, negotiations, and lease agreements.
  • Ensure all leasing activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure properties are ready for leasing.
  • Monitor and report on leasing performance, occupancy rates, and revenue targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
