Job Description
  • Application of the business development understanding to management information and reporting to deliver insights and reporting.
  • Provision of weekly, monthly and quarterly standardised reporting which collates data into meaningful information for Board-level executives, leadership and business development professionals.
  • Produce insightful and accurate commentary and analysis to accompany data and analysis.
  • Collate multiple datasets in Dynamics 365, PowerBI and Sharepoint based systems to create a single, accurate view to aid business development activities.
  • Engage diverse stakeholders to build understanding on the impact of data and how it is used to make business decisions.
  • Provide inductions, training and guidance to stakeholders which improves reporting accuracy and understanding.
  • Maintain data quality and consistency through establishing processes, procedures and guidance which support improved ways of working.
  • Accurate data entry support to maintain systems and support priority requirements
  • Development of PowerBI and Sharepoint dashboards/lists and repositories to aid reporting.
  • Work with colleagues in Finance and Business Development teams locally and globally
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Development or a related field.
  • Experience in business development or sales
  • Proficiency in Dynamics 365, SalesForce, Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Drive for continuous improvement, and problem solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
