Job Description
Responsibilities
- Acquire, liaise and maintain relationships with local merchants.
- Merchant training on Indodana product knowledge, merchant dashboard, and basic tax process.
- Propose and drive implementation for new and recurring merchant programs to boost company top line metrics.
- Dealing with merchants in order to support program promotion media communication placement and sales improvement.
- Identify, research and maintain relationship with merchants.
- Analyze market updates, developing sales programs based on customer demand, business expansion, trends, and competitor activity.
- Research ways to increase the value of our products for our clients (examples: missing features, improvements, client feedback).
- In charge of creating partnerships with brands, online merchants, payment gateways, or other partners in the region.
- Have a deep understanding of both our product and the partners' product in order to create a successful partnership.
- Prepare an interesting and accurate customized presentation to be presented to potential partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Diploma Degree from any major.
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in a financial company.
- Vast network in local brand/retail merchants preferred.
- Strong analytical skills in sales and performance monitoring.
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Holding both a SIM A and C license and owning a personal vehicle.
