Job summary

A leading hospitality firm is seeking a sales/business development professional to identify and develop new opportunities in the hotel sector in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of proven experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and the ability to meet sales targets. Candidates based in Bali, Surabaya, or Bandung will be strongly preferred. This role offers a dynamic environment focused on the hospitality industry.

  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (both in Bahasa Indonesia and English).
  • Target-driven with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Willing to be placed in Bali, Surabaya, or Bandung (candidates who are already based in these cities will be a strong plus point).
