We are looking for talented individuals in IT Account Executive position.

Role Description

This is a contract IT Account Executive role located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The IT Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and providing IT solutions to meet client needs. They will also be involved in negotiating contracts and maintaining customer relationships.

Qualifications
  • Minimal experience 2 year as IT Account Executive/Product Partnership/Business Development
  • Minimal education D3/S1
  • Can work for Banking Industry
  • Can stay at Jabodetabek
  • Can work fulltime onsite in Jakarta
  • Must have experience selling IT products. (Wajib)
  • Accompany and explain to prospective partners the client service integration process, particularly the administrative aspects, in accordance with applicable governance procedures.
  • Conduct meetings (on-site or online) with prospective partners and the Business Team (Initiator/PO) to explain and guide the client's product, integration process, and complete required documentation.
  • Answer prospective partners' questions in accordance with the SLA.
  • Response time is 15 minutes if not in a meeting and 1 hour if in a meeting, and resolution time is 1 business day via the communication channels agreed upon with the client.
  • Guide the completion and fast screening of administrative documents required by prospective partners.
  • Check the completeness (checklist) of administrative documents required by prospective partners.
  • Prepare activity reports according to the client's specified format (subject to change as needed).
  • Report all processes and obstacles encountered to the client.
  • Proactively follow up on the partner integration process by providing daily updates (e.g., by asking in groups or other communication channels) on the partner's development progress. Experience to make interesting presentations

Working Onsite: Monday to Friday in Jakarta
