About the role

Are you an experienced business development professional looking to drive growth for a dynamic master franchise real estate company? We're seeking a talented Business Development specialist to join our team at PT ERA Graharealty' in Central Jakarta, Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing
  • Proactively prospect and generate new sales leads through networking, cold-calling, and other prospecting activities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and challenges
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to secure new business
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 1 year of successful new business development experience in the real estate industry
  • Proven track record of identifying, cultivating, and closing new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with C-suite executives
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales enablement technologies
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a high sense of urgency
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an overseas university preferred
  • Fluent in Indonesia, English, and Mandarin preferred
