Posisi ini melibatkan analisis mendalam, peramalan berbasis faktor ekonomi dan permintaan, serta penyusunan presentasi manajemen untuk rapat Board dan tinjauan bisnis.

Qualifications

• Gelar di keuangan, akuntansi, teknik, atau disiplin terkait.
• Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman analisis bisnis.
• Memahami produk, pelanggan, pasar, dan solusi perusahaan.
• Pikir logis, adaptif, pembelajar cepat, mindset transformasi, manajemen waktu.
• Menguasai laporan keuangan serta Google Workspace dan Power BI.
• Komunikasi luar biasa dan kemampuan menyederhanakan informasi kompleks.

Responsibilities

• Analisis bisnis bulanan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja keuangan dan tren bisnis.
• Kembangkan proyeksi kinerja berbasis indikator ekonomi, pemanfaatan aset, produksi vs permintaan.
• Ubah proyeksi menjadi tujuan dan KPI, pantau rencana aksi terkait.
• Susun analisis ad-hoc untuk pengambilan keputusan terkait harga, profitabilitas per akun.

Conducting in-depth business analysis to evaluate the financial performance and identify business trends for entity and cluster management. 2. Developing performance forecasts based on economic indicators, asset utilization, production vs. demand, and client activity. 3. Ensuring that forecasts are translated into actionable objectives and KPIs and following up on the progress of related action plans. 4. Generating ad-hoc business analyses to facilitate informed decision-making, particularly in areas such as pricing, profitability by account## **Bagaimana Anda dapat berkontribusi dan berkembang disini?****1. Business Analysis:*** Monthly flash reports and quarterly OIVA to understand current performance while highlighting exceptional and financial risks. To do so, applicant will work closely with the Financial Controller who will ensure the accuracy of the financial statements.* Conduct transversal analyses for topics down to gross margin including profitability by customer, pricing evolution, Helium reporting, efficiencies.* Review periodically with the Investment Control team the status of major projects and the SUP/RUP impacts.**2. Driving Performance:*** Monitor gaps vs. Target/RF.* Identify corrective actions, related KPIs and gap closures.* Manage landing.**3. Forecasting and Planning:*** Lead the preparation of (re)forecast exercises (RF1, RF2, RF3, Target, mid-term planning, ad-hoc forecasts requested by the Entity, the Cluster or the Group) and ensure consistency between TGT and management mid to long term objectives and priorities.**4.
