A leading IT equipment supplier in Jakarta seeks a Russian-speaking Business Assistant to the CEO. You will coordinate projects, manage workflows, and support business growth. Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills and experience in administrative roles. We are looking for a Russian‑speaking Business Assistant to the CEO based in Indonesia (remote or hybrid).
The ideal candidate is a proactive, responsible, and organized person with strong communication skills and a desire to grow professionally.
You will support international operations, coordinate ongoing projects, and help drive business growth in Indonesia and other regions.
Coordinate and control the execution of strategic and operational tasks.
Manage the manager’s workflow: task planning, tracking, and reporting.
Communicate with team members and partners in Indonesia (in English).
Assist in managing and improving internal processes and documentation.
Monitor deadlines, project progress, and team performance.
Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries for management.
Support company initiatives and international projects.
Perform additional assignments given by the manager.
English level: B1–B2 or higher (daily communication in English).
Fluent Russian language – communication with the manager and part of the documentation is in Russian.
1+ year of experience as an assistant, project coordinator, or administrator.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proactive attitude, reliability, and ability to work independently.
Good analytical and communication skills.
Experience in IT, engineering, or other technical fields is a plus.
Stable work history (preferably 1–2 years in one company).

Remote work format (preferably in the Indonesian time zone, but can +2/3 to Moscow time).
Salary: based on experience + KPI bonuses.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 working hours (7:00–16:0 GMT+3 ± 2–4 hours).
