Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Partnership, Account Management, or Business Development, with a proven track record in driving new business acquisition.
  • Experience within HR solution, financial services, employee benefits, or digital HR platform is strongly preferred.
  • Strong network and established relationship within HR communities, and relevant business ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated ability to formulate acquisition strategies, manage sales pipelines, and achieve revenue or acquisition targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at various organizational level.
  • Ability to identify client pain points, propose strategic, solutions, and deliver compelling value propositions.
  • Skilled in preparing and presenting high-quality business proposals, product demonstration, and executive-level presentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to evaluating business opportunities.
  • Familiarity with financial wellness product, HR technology platforms, or employee engagement solutions is an advantage.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams such as Product, Operations, Marketing, and Technology to support acquisition execution.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Job Description

Lead the development and execution of acquisition strategies to drive new business growth across targeted industries and market segments.

Identify and pursue high-potential corporate prospects, building a strong sales pipeline and ensuring consistent achievement of acquisition targets.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry mapping to uncover new business opportunities and refine go-to-market strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR leaders, corporate executives, and professional associations.

Conduct client meetings, needs assessments, and solution presentations to position the company's products and services effectively.

Prepare compelling business proposals, commercial offerings, and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.

Lead negotiation processes and ensure successful deal closure in alignment with internal policies and commercial objectives.

Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams to ensure smooth implementation and handover of new clients.

Monitor acquisition performance, track pipeline progress, and provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Represent the company in industry events, HR communities, and networking forums to strengthen brand visibility and expand acquisition channels.

Continuously evaluate market trends and client feedback to support product development and enhancement initiatives.
