Currently, we are looking for a driven Bunker Manager, one strategic position that will be responsible to hands-on with end-to-end bunker matters, especially in forecast, analyze and managing Fuel of our Vessels, to ensure the business process run optimal and provide best solution for company's profit and growth.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years experiences in the maritime industry, with 10+ years in a Operations role,
  • Understandings of vessel machinery, bunker, preventive management, and international maritime standards is a must,
  • Understandings of maritime safety regulations (such as; SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW), IMO regulation and vessels classification (such as; BKI, ABS, Lloyd's Register)
  • Willingness to travel for vessel visits or shipyard supervision,
  • Strong leadership and project management skills,
  • Fit for work and has no medical record of serious illness,
  • Able to speak Mandarin/Chinese is preferred,
  • Able to join as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team in focusing fuels forecasting, analyzing and management,
  • Manage and oversee vessels inspection and services, including crude oil, fuel products, and related laboratory services both onsite and offsite,
  • Supervise oil, transformer, and fuel testing, including Oil Conditioning Monitoring (OCM),
  • Conduct and oversee fuels consumption tests, bunker surveys, on/off hire, and draught surveys,
  • Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards and certifications in the sector,
  • Develop and manage budgeting, costing, and financial planning to support business growth and operational excellence, especially in Fuels area,
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical and operational management with strategic business goals,
  • Foster client relationships, ensuring high service quality and satisfaction.
