Responsibilities

• Responsible for organizing and implementing various management tasks at each property management stage of the property project, formulating property management plans for the projects under jurisdiction and organizing their implementation, ensuring the achievement of service quality and management indicators.
• Fully responsible for the daily work of the department, and regularly reporting work status to superiors.
• Control budget costs, and reasonably arrange various expenses.
• Handling complaints, follow up on the results; inspect and follow up on the work of various departments.
• Complete the company's daily collection and settlement of property fees, follow up on the results of various work and be responsible for the results; establish and improve the service operation system, and continuously improve service quality and owner satisfaction.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in high-end residential property management, familiar with property pre-involvement, sales coordination, routine management process, and property industry policies.
• Strong management and operation capabilities, able to independently implement property management.
• Rich practical management experience in service quality assurance, community management, organization and planning of community cultural activities.
• Good communication and writing skills in Mandarin is a Must.
