Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning, forecasting, reporting & analysis across the business
• Provide commercial insight & analysis of result, identifying underlying trends and challenging the business on performance
• Ensure the timely and accurate production of management reports, including detailed analysis of sales and operational expenditures
• Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, costing and long-term financial plans
• Support the company’s strategic initiatives by delivering financial training and guidance
• Act as a partner and challenger when evaluating business plans, ensuring alignment with financial objectives
• Dive deep into financial data to become a subject matter expert, providing actionable insights to the business
• Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made
• Proactively identify variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, researching and driving opportunities for improvement
• Build and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels within the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's / Master’s Degree in Accounting
• More than 5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably from FMCG-manufacturing companies
• Strong analytical thinking with advanced financial modeling and reporting skills
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with various levels of management
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
