Job summary

HOSHŌ DIGITAL is seeking a Creative Design Executive in Bandung to translate campaigns into engaging visuals across social, websites, and presentations. You will ensure brand consistency and collaborate with the Marketing team.

You should have 1–3 years experience in graphic design, a Bachelor's in a related field, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva. This on-site role involves regional collaboration with Singapore HQ.

Qualifications

• Based in Bandung, Indonesia and able to work on-site.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• 1–3 years of professional design experience in graphic/visual design.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related design field.
• Strong visual storytelling, typography, layout and time management.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work.

Responsibilities

• Create graphics for social media, websites, campaigns and presentations.
• Translate concepts into clear and engaging visual content.
• Maintain brand identity and guidelines across materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop campaign assets.
• Design professional presentations, infographics and business materials.
• Support video, motion or multimedia content when needed.
• Manage multiple projects meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Singapore HQ on regional branding initiatives.
