Allure Industries. We are the leading providers of aluminium systems for facades, both residential and commercial projects. We design, produce and install interior and exterior products made from aluminium for high‑rise buildings and residential developments. Now we are looking for an energetic, self‑driven, experienced team player to contribute to making excellence performance.

Responsibilities
  • Constantly conduct brand audits for all IPs and identify gaps in positioning, tone, and visual identity.
  • Develop and refine brand positioning frameworks and key messaging per brand.
  • Lead the creation of Brand Books / Playbooks for tone, storytelling, and content pillars.
  • Collaborate with social media and creative teams to ensure consistent brand expression.
  • Support marketing activations and showroom experience alignment with brand values.
  • Mentor junior creative staff (videographers, social media, designers) to think strategically.
  • Advise on PR, content direction, and partnerships that reinforce each brand’s image.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, creative planning, or integrated marketing.
  • Background in branding / creative agencies or multi‑brand environments.
  • Proven experience handling design, architecture, home living, or premium product brands would be ideal.
  • Strong storytelling, conceptual thinking, and brand writing skills (English & Bahasa).
  • Deep understanding of brand architecture, customer journeys, and integrated communications.
  • Confident leading workshops, brand audits, and senior‑level presentations.
  • Collaborative mindset — able to bridge creative and business perspectives.
