A prominent skincare brand in Tangerang seeks a Marketing Manager to enhance brand presence through strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the skincare or fashion industry, and must be capable of leading teams and managing digital activities. Strong communication and creativity are essential for success in this role.
Researching and analyzing consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activity
Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility programs
Handling brands (in-store activation - handling BTL and merchandising) and digital activities
Responsible to build and maintain a strong brand identity
Implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility and Utilizing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other performance marketing tools
Create and implement strategic plans to grow Little Palmerhaus's brand presence, aligning with overall business objectives and market opportunities
Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams, including e-commerce, sales, creative, production, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and execution
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in marketing/business major, with min. 4 years experience in related fields
Having background from Skincare, Personal Care or Fashion industry is more preferred
Must have experience in handling brands (in-store activation - handling BTL and merchandising) and digital activities
Conduct competitor studies such as analyzing competitor activities and researching various types of campaigns
Previous experience in managing and leading teams
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
