Job Summary:

The Brand Partnership Manager will be responsible for managing and growing commercial opportunities for exclusive creators by connecting them with suitable brands and campaigns. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the creator economy to ensure each talent reaches their highest potential in brand collaborations.

Responsibilities:

Drive outbound sales activities to secure brand partnerships and campaign deals for exclusive creators.

Manage end-to-end commercial processes — from client prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, to deal closure.

Collaborate with the talent management and strategy teams to align creator positioning with brand objectives.

Maintain and expand a network of brand and agency contacts across multiple industries.

Track market trends, brand campaigns, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Ensure consistent revenue growth by setting and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Collaborate with KOL on campaign and advertising campaigns.

Provide regular reporting and performance updates to the Head of Business and Country Leader.

Support the development of sales strategies, pricing models, and campaign structures to maximize profitability.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, media sales, or digital agency business development.

Proven track record in generating and managing brand partnerships or creator campaigns.

Strong network within brand, agency, or digital media industries.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken).

Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Passionate about the creator economy, digital marketing, and talent growth.

For this position, the client’s budget is between 20.000.000 - 30.000.000 /month depending on experience.
