Responsibilities
  • Identify, approach, and secure strategic brand collaborations aligned with Brand.
  • Manage the full partnership cycle—from pitching proposals, negotiating terms, and executing deliverables to post-activation reporting.
  • Maintain and expand a strong portfolio of KOLs, media contacts, and brand partners.
  • Handle sponsorship opportunities, ensuring mutual value and measurable ROI.
  • Lead planning and execution of event activations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare and present partnership proposals, reports, and case studies to management.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and partnership opportunities in the luxury and design sectors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in brand partnership, marketing, or activations.
  • Proven track record of successful brand collaborations, KOL partnerships, and media campaigns. Experience in handling sponsorship deals and large-scale event activations.
  • Strong public speaking, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • High initiative, proactive, and adaptable in both team and independent work environments.
