Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing activations and campaigns.
• Ensure operational excellence and timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Support product marketing head in launch strategy development.
• Create and track purchase orders and budgets.
• Collaborate with multifunctional teams.
• Assist brand team with travel arrangements.

We are opening opportunities for experienced and passionate individuals to join our team as Brand Operations Officer, which will be placed in one of the largest FMCG cosmetics companies in South Jakarta.

Requirement:

• Education Background S1
• Experience: up to 1 year as Brand Operations Officer / Marketing / Activation Campaign
• Excellent in English skills (written and verbal)
• Able to use Microsoft Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Role & Responsibility:

• Executive marketing activation & campaign
• Operational excellence and on-time delivery of tester and sales collaterals
• Assisting head of product marketing to create new launch strategy, sizing and pricing
• Create PO (Purchase order) and GR for every brand activity
• PO and Budget Tracking
• Collaboration with multi-function team
• Assisting and supporting brand team for travelling needs (Transport & Hotel Booking)
• Assisting brand teams for shared meeting scheduling
