Job description
Overview

Assist in the execution of marketing strategies, branding, and promotional activities across both online and offline platforms, based on the direction from the Marketing team.

Provide day-to-day support for promotional campaigns, including scheduling, coordination, and implementation to ensure smooth execution.

Coordinate with internal teams (such as social media, design, and CRM) and external vendors to support brand activation and promotional events.

Maintain and organize administrative needs related to marketing activities, including documentation, reporting, and asset management.

Support the preparation and distribution of marketing materials (digital and printed) for stores and campaign activations.

Monitor marketing calendar implementation and ensure alignment with brand communication across all channels.

Collect and compile data for marketing reports such as campaign performance, event recaps, and feedback analysis.

Support market research activities including competitor tracking, consumer surveys, and trend identification, under the guidance of the marketing team.

Assist in evaluating marketing efforts by preparing data summaries and basic ROI tracking for campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications
  • Min. bachelor degree from a relatable major such as: Communication, Marketing, Management, etc.
  • Familiar with the concept of Brand Management and Marketing Planning
  • Data-driven and research-oriented
  • Good communicational skills
  • Positive attitude, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • English language proficiency is a plus
  • Experienced in the fashion industry
  • Able to use and operate Ms. Office including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
