Job description

Assist in planning and executing integrated brand marketing strategies across online and offline channels.

Support the development and implementation of major brand marketing campaigns, ensuring activities follow brand guidelines and timelines.

Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including preparation of briefs, coordination with agencies, and monitoring deliverables.

Support the creation of campaign materials, brand content, and communication assets.

Monitor campaign performance and compile reports on results, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Track market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to support brand strategy development.

Coordinate public relations activities, including media inquiries, press release distribution, and event support.

Assist in managing cross-industry partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand exposure and engagement.

Maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, media partners, and key stakeholders.

Monitor marketing budgets, handle administrative processes, and ensure efficient use of resources.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

3–4 years of experience in brand marketing, marketing communications, digital marketing, or related roles (preferably from FMCG, retail, or consumer brand industry)

Experience supporting online and offline marketing campaigns.

Familiarity with agency coordination, campaign execution, and brand content development.

Strong understanding of brand marketing principles and campaign management.

Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.

Strong project management and multitasking abilities, with attention to deadlines and detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).

Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.

Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of tasks.

Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
