A dynamic fashion brand based in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Brand Marketing Strategy Manager. In this role, you will develop digital strategies and ensure brand awareness among target audiences. You should have at least 5 years of marketing experience, particularly in fashion retail, and be skilled in leveraging data for decision-making. Develop a digital strategist based on trends, consumer behavior and business objectives for the brand
Research and monitoring market trends
Achieve brand awareness amongst the core target audience, customer acquisition, best-in-class campaign execution, and consistent creative and context identity across all touch points
Provide strategic direction on the communications initiatives, identifying the key value proposition, consumer needs, and value to the business
Maintain and innovate marketing strategy related to affiliate, content, and social media
Strong ability to communicate effectively and lead a team. Proficient in using content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools
Solid understanding of SEO, Google and social media analytics principles and best practices. Attention to detail to ensure content accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines
Bachelor's degree; 5+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally within an fashion retail or consumer marketing company
Proven experience leveraging performance and customer data to inform successful influencer campaigns
Experience with project management, with a proven record to drive strategic frameworks all the way through execution
Familiarity with customer behaviors and successful content strategies. Capable of extracting consumer and communication insights from our content
Self-starter who brings campaigns to market, develops new practices, and is dedicated to analyzing growth through metrics
