As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a hands‑on, creative, and data‑driven Brand & Marketing Manager to take our brand to the next level — leading our marketing strategy, strengthening our social media presence, and driving sales growth across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform market research and data analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze customer insights, market data, campaign results, and social media metrics to uncover patterns and actionable insights.
- Set specific marketing goals, KPIs, and budgets, and create comprehensive marketing plans (both traditional and digital) aligned with business objectives.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all channels.
- Develop compelling marketing concepts and creative materials for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Collaborate on the execution of marketing campaigns, tracking their performance and optimizing as needed to achieve the best ROI and ROAS.
- Manage and guide the social media and content direction — ensuring engaging, brand‑consistent, and trend‑relevant storytelling.
- Support the design and production of marketing collaterals (packaging visuals, videos, digital ads, POS materials, etc.).
- Oversee social media strategy and paid advertising (Meta, TikTok, Google) to drive brand engagement and conversion.
- Track and measure marketing outcomes — campaign reach, response, leads, sales, retention, ROI, and ROAS.
- Continuously optimize digital campaigns based on data insights and performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, e-commerce, creative) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, KOLs/influencers, and marketing agencies to leverage partnerships and expand reach.
- Coordinate all marketing deliverables to ensure smooth and timely campaign execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in brand or digital marketing (F&B, FMCG, wellness, or beauty brand preferred).
- Proven experience managing social media, marketing campaigns, and brand development.
- Strong understanding of both creative strategy and performance analytics.
- Proficient in using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Highly organized, data‑driven, and adaptable in a fast‑moving environment.
