A leading food company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Brand Manager with extensive experience in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will enhance brand visibility through strategic marketing campaigns, manage budgets, and lead a team. Strong analytical skills and a proven track record in brand strategy are essential. This position offers an opportunity to significantly influence brand growth and market presence.
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Brand Manager in the FMCG sector.
At least 3 years of experience leading a team.
Background in FMCG, preferably in Foods or Moms & Baby categories.
Experienced in planning and managing marketing budgets.
Proficient in planning and managing digital and offline marketing campaigns (ATL & BTL).
Experience as a Project Manager in product development from concept through to final distribution.
Strong understanding of FMCG business processes.
Familiar with competitor analysis and research on various campaign types.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Creative thinker and problem solver.
Strategic thinker with ability to identify long-term opportunities and trends.
Proven track record in designing effective brand strategies.
Enhance the company’s brand visibility and market influence by developing brand strategies, style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, innovative and actionable growth plans, and value propositions for both short- and long-term goals.
Create and manage promotional materials to build and maintain product branding; support product development, pricing, and launch of new products or business developments.
Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns.
Plan, develop, and manage the marketing budget.
Conduct competitor analysis, gain customer insights, manage advertising and promotional budgets, analyze budget effectiveness, create sales forecasts, and review financial reports related to product sales.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for brand awareness campaigns and brand-building initiatives while monitoring market trends, consumer research, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
Oversee successful new product launches from upstream to downstream processes.
Identify new opportunities to grow customer acquisition, brand awareness, and engagement.
