Role Overview

We are seeking a Brand Manager who will be the guardian and curator of Samara's brand identity. This role will lead the development of our brand strategy, storytelling, and customer experience — ensuring consistency across packaging, retail, events, and digital touchpoints. You will work directly with the founders and collaborate with designers, copywriters, and creative partners to bring our vision of an ultra-luxury chocolate brand to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own Samara's brand guidelines (visual, verbal, experiential).
  • Curate and refine the brand story, heritage positioning, and tone of voice.
  • Oversee packaging design, in-store branding, and retail experiences.
  • Manage collaborations with creative freelancers, agencies, and production partners.
  • Plan and execute brand campaigns, events, and launches in Yogyakarta, Jakarta, Bali, and Batam.
  • Ensure consistency and excellence across all marketing and customer touchpoints.
  • Conduct market and competitor research, particularly in luxury F&B.
  • Report directly to the CEO and contribute to long‑term brand strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience in brand management, luxury F&B, hospitality, or premium consumer goods.
  • Strong understanding of luxury branding and customer experience.
  • Experience managing creative teams or agencies.
  • Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Aesthetic sensitivity and passion for design, heritage, and detail.
