Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own full P&L for Nabilaze, from manufacturing to sales.
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly strategies, including pricing, margin, buy plans, sell-through targets, and OTB; track weekly dashboards with actionable levers.
- Oversee product and production processes: merchandise mix, product specs, MOQ and cost negotiations, lead-times, quality control, and sustainability initiatives.
- Manage marketplace growth across Tokopedia (including TikTok Shop integration), Shopee, and Lazada: optimize listings, search, promotions, campaign participation, and live-commerce tactics.
- Drive content and creator activities: create briefs for shoots/live sessions, build and manage UGC/KOL pipelines, and review performance.
- Ensure operational excellence and customer experience: in-stock %, inventory aging, return management, chat SLAs, ratings, warranty, and after-sales playbooks.
- Monitor compliance and risk: stay updated on platform policies and tax regulations impacting ecommerce operations.
- Lead and coach a small cross-functional team (design, supply, marketplace ops, content) with effective rituals and performance management.
Qualifications:
- 4–7 years of experience in brand or ecommerce management (fashion preferred) with proven success in marketplaces and live-commerce.
- Strong vendor management and cost negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in data tools (Google Sheets/BI) and basic financial modeling.
- Demonstrated ability to own pricing/margin and consistently hit GMV/CM targets.
- Experience with Shopee and TikTok ecosystems as well as integrated creator programs is considered an advantage.
- Key success metrics include GMV and contribution margin, sell-through and inventory aging, out-of-stock rate, customer rating and return percentage, campaign ROI, and live-commerce conversion
