Responsibilities
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Responsible for brand profitability, including close monitoring sales performance
  • Managing product innovation roll out to enter the market, including stock transition monitoring, sales projection and strategy
  • Optimizing brand awareness and visibility by working partnerships with the agencies
  • Develop strategy and road map to sustainable marketing tool using digital media
  • Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions through focus groups and market research
  • Manage the marketing budget for the brand including planning, implementation and monitoring costs
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree of Management/Marketing/Statistic
  • Having 2 year of working experience as Brand Manager in FMCG company
  • Strong understanding of 360° Marketing Strategy and 4P
  • Intermediate skill in English both oral and written
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office (especially Ms Excel dan Ms Powerpoint)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Willing to be placed in West Jakarta
