The Brand Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing brand and marketing strategies that strengthen Toko Bakmi Kita’s identity as the leading family dining destination Jabodetabek.
This role combines strategic planning and hands‑on execution, ensuring consistency across all communication channels, events, campaigns, and customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Define and manage brand identity, tone, and visual direction across all outlets and channels.
- Translate TBK’s core values and story into consistent brand messaging and customer experiences.
- Develop annual brand strategy and marketing calendar aligned with business goals (launches, events, campaigns, partnerships).
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify positioning opportunities.
Marketing Campaigns & Communication
- Lead planning and execution of all campaigns
- Oversee creative development, from concept to production, for offline and online materials (social media, posters, video, menu, packaging).
- Manage media plans and coordinate with external vendors, photographers, and agencies if needed.
- Ensure consistent tone and visual style in all customer‑facing content.
Event Activation & Booth Management
- Plan, organize, and oversee Toko Bakmi Kita booths or pop‑up outlets in external events, exhibitions, festivals, or collaborations.
- Coordinate all operational aspects — layout, booth design, logistics, staffing, and on‑site execution.
- Ensure each booth represents TBK’s brand experience consistently in taste, service, and storytelling.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to align menu, pricing, and service flow for each event.
- Evaluate booth performance (sales, foot traffic, customer feedback) and report ROI to management.
Performance & Analytics
- Monitor marketing performance through data (engagement rate, campaign reach, conversion, and sales impact).
- Evaluate ROI of marketing activities and optimize based on insights.
- Prepare monthly reports on marketing effectiveness and present to management.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team (designer & staff) to achieve excellence in execution and creativity.
- Coordinate cross‑functionally with Operations, Finance, and HR to align marketing with company‑wide initiatives.
- Build a positive, collaborative culture that values creativity and accountability.
Events & Partnerships
- Plan and supervise brand events (e.g. soft opening, community gathering, collaborations, festivals).
- Identify potential brand partners, local communities, or influencers to strengthen TBK’s visibility.
- Ensure visual merchandising, posters, and digital screens reflect ongoing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business.
- 3–5 years of experience in brand or marketing management (preferably F&B, lifestyle, or retail industry).
- Strong leadership, project management, and creative direction skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Familiar with digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Analytics, Canva/Adobe tools).
- Willing to travel occasionally to outlets and event locations.
