Job summary

Kasa Heritage in Jakarta UTara (DKI Jakarta) seeks a Brand Manager to lead the planning and execution of brand strategy across channels, driving visibility and online revenue. You will manage campaigns, budgets, and a marketing team in a fast-paced fashion and lifestyle environment.

The role requires strong English communication, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver results and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines from an accredited institution.
• In-depth understanding of the fashion and lifestyle industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Creative, fast learner, team player, and the ability to adapt to working in a fast-paced environment.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
• Pioneering and innovative - comfortable and controlled risk taker, open to test and learn
• Effective communication skills to facilitate collaboration, influence & stakeholder management
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical capability with a data driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create and lead the planning and execution of all brand strategic plan throughout multiple marketing channel in a 360-degree plan.
• Lead marketing team to plan and execute all campaign strategy to drive visibility and conversion for the brand.
• Directs execution of all marketing & brand plans; ensures plans deliver against the brief are consistent with the brand’s identity, positioning, and priorities.
• Responsible for on-time project delivery while leading several project teams as well as driving the collaboration and coordination with related stakeholders
• Identifying market opportunities, trends, and consumer needs to drive awareness and conversion.
• Oversee day-to-day E-commerce operations and lead E-commerce marketing plan to increase overall revenue from online channel.
• Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Full budgetary responsibility to ensure promotion campaign and initiative are launched effectively, in terms of spending limits and campaign impact.
• Monthly reporting and analysis on brand performance and sales
• Nurture and build a high-performing team.
• Improvement of key marketing processes (e.g., planning, brief, reporting and communications)
