Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement 360 marketing plans to drive brand awareness, launch success, and business growth.
  • Ensure all marketing activities align with overall brand strategy and positioning.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation across channels and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaign consistency and integration.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing planning, strategy, or campaign management, within the automotive or consumer brand industry.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
  • Proven experience in creating budget proposals, campaign plans, and performance reports.
  • Strong ability to coordinate with creative and media agencies for paid collaborations and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable marketing strategies.
