Role Overview

We’re seeking a Brand Manager with solid experience in the FMCG industry to drive brand growth and strengthen consumer connection. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and executing brand strategies that enhance market presence, reinforce brand equity, and deliver sustainable business impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement end-to-end brand strategies to strengthen positioning and drive market share in highly competitive FMCG categories
  • Lead integrated campaigns, product launches, and brand activations that create differentiation and build strong consumer preference
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, trade marketing, R&D, supply chain) to ensure alignment and consistent execution across all channels and touchpoints
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and inform brand strategy
  • Manage brand guidelines, creative assets, and agency partners to ensure consistent messaging and impactful execution
  • Track and analyze brand performance, adjusting strategies to optimize growth and engagement
Qualifications
  • 6‑10 years of brand marketing experience within FMCG industries (e.g. food, beverage, personal care, household products)
  • Proven success in brand building, campaign development, and managing full product lifecycle
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate consumer insights into actionable strategies
  • Skilled in working with agencies and managing end‑to‑end creative and production processes
