Job summary

PT Thunder Skirt, a Bali-based fashion and lifestyle brand, is seeking a Marketing and Design professional to join our vibrant team. This full-time role blends marketing strategy with creative design to elevate our brand presence in local and international markets.

You will develop integrated campaigns, create visual content, manage social media, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure consistent branding across channels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing coordination or marketing assistance roles, preferably within the fashion, retail, or design industries
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools
• Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals including social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Creative thinking with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and brand consistency
• Experience with social media management and familiarity with analytics tools
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices
• Preferred: Experience with graphic design, video editing, or content creation
• Preferred: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online retail marketing

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, and traditional platforms
• Create high-quality visual content including graphics, promotional materials, and digital assets that align with brand guidelines
• Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity
• Conduct market research and analyse competitor strategies to identify opportunities for brand differentiation
• Monitor marketing campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports with actionable insights
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities
• Maintain and update marketing databases, customer information, and campaign records
• Collaborate with senior marketing staff to refine marketing strategies and optimise campaign effectiveness
