Key Responsibilities
- General Administrative Support: This involves handling a variety of administrative duties, such as
- Creating the Trello request for the creative team
- Managing the expense administration in the system (NetSuite).
- Taking detailed meeting MOM and action items during team meetings and distributing them to the relevant parties.
- Monitoring brand performance and competitor activity : Support team in tracking key brand performance and monitoring the competitor activity (offline and online).
- Digital media : Support team in monitoring the KOL selection and performance, as well as digital and traditional marketing performance.
- NPD project coordination : Ensure clear and timely communication, track project milestones and coordination with other departments.
- Product sample handling :
- Fulfilling internal request for product samples
- Tracking the inventory of samples
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Currently enrolled as a university student, ideally in their final or penultimate year. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Studying Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous internship experience (while not mandatory) is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong Administrative Skills: Demonstrated proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc).
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous and highly organized. The ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment is critical.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication. Fluency in English is preferred.
- Strong interest in marketing & brand : Curious about the latest marketing campaigns, competitor activities, and consumer trends.
- Basic Research Skills: Ability to gather, sort, and summarize information from various sources (e.g., online articles, reports).
- Proactive & Enthusiastic Attitude: A positive, can‑do attitude and a genuine eagerness to learn and contribute to the team.
- Digital and Social Media Literacy: Familiar with major social media platform(s) (e.g., Instagram and TikTok) and have a general awareness of how they are used for marketing.
