Job summary
A leading ecommerce company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced individual to own brand management and drive marketplace growth. You will be responsible for strategy and P&L plans, product supply alignment, and leading a cross-functional team. The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of experience in ecommerce management, especially in fashion, along with a proven track record in vendor management and data tools. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence key business outcomes.

You’ll own
- Strategy & P&L: Annual/quarterly plans, pricing/margin, buy plans, sell-through targets, and OTB; weekly dashboard with actionable levers.
- Product & production: Merch mix, specs, MOQ/cost negotiations, lead-times, QC, sustainability considerations; align supply with demand signals.
- Marketplace growth: GMV roadmap across Tokopedia (incl. TikTok Shop integration), Shopee, Lazada; listings, search & promo architecture, campaign participation, and live-commerce tactics seen in top Indonesia job specs.
- Content & creators: Briefs for shoots/live, UGC/KOL pipeline, performance reviews—mirrors creator-driven ecommerce roles locally.
- Ops & CX: In-stock %, aging, RTV/returns, chat SLAs, rating goals, warranty/after-sales playbooks.
- Compliance & risk: Stay ahead of policy and tax changes impacting sellers on Indonesian platforms.
- Team: Small cross-functional pod (design, supply, marketplace ops, content); coach and set rituals.
Requirements
- 4–7 years in brand/ecommerce management (fashion preferred) with marketplace and live-commerce wins.
- Proven vendor management & cost negotiation; comfort with data tools (sheets/BI) and basic financial modeling.
- Track record owning pricing/margin and hitting GMV/CM targets.
- Plus: Experience with Shopee/TikTok ecosystem and integrated creator programs.
