Lead and grow our digital presence across multiple online platforms for innovative tech brands— Octagoods, Aulumu, and Sharge. You’ll be responsible for driving brand awareness, optimizing e-commerce performance, and executing impactful marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing and e-commerce strategies to boost sales and visibility.
  • Manage and optimize performance across TikTok Ads, marketplace ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify product and branding opportunities.
  • Oversee digital campaigns to maximize ROAS and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and launch new digital products.
  • Monitor marketing and sales reports to ensure data-driven decisions and strategy improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience leading Digital Marketing and E-Commerce functions (experience in new brand development is a plus).
  • Proven track record managing TikTok Ads, marketplace campaigns, and CRM activities.
  • Strong analytical skills and campaign optimization experience.
  • Hands‑on experience in digital launches and branding initiatives.
  • Passion for gadgets and technology is highly valued.
  • Willing to be based in Malang, Indonesia.
