The Brand & Client Engagement Assistant Manager will be responsible for implementing strategic brand activation and client engagement initiatives to drive awareness, strengthen customer loyalty, and support business growth. The role plays a key part in enhancing corporate visibility and customer experience through integrated campaigns, stakeholder collaboration, and on-ground activations. This position is pivotal in aligning marketing efforts with organizational goals, particularly within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute brand activation programs, including events, expos, and CSR campaigns, to boost public awareness and interest.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives that support customer search behavior and strengthen online brand presence.
  • Manage client nurturing and referral programs to increase engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Organize internal engagement campaigns that reinforce company branding and culture among employees.
  • Coordinate public relations strategies and content to build trust and amplify corporate reputation.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners for co-branding and cross-promotional activities.
  • Track and evaluate marketing effectiveness using campaign KPIs; generate performance reports and actionable insights.

Requirements
