A leading food company in Indonesia seeks a Marketing Manager to develop and execute brand strategies. The role requires at least 5 years of marketing experience, proven success in launching brands, and strong analytical abilities. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in marketing or business and be proficient in English, with Mandarin as a plus. Join a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing brand presence in the market.
Develop and implement overarching strategies for brand positioning, messaging, and overall identity. Create a new business opportunity, either from existing category or new category.
Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to identify insights, monitor trends, and understand the competitive landscape. Understand the opportunity and potential the new business.
Design, manage, and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Ensure brand messaging, visuals (logos, colors, typography), and tone of voice remain consistent across all communication channels and marketing materials.
Work with design, sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure all brand initiatives are aligned with company goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, media outlets, industry influencers, and partners.
Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track brand performance and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Develop and manage budgets for brand development initiatives and marketing campaigns.
At minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or a related field. Ever launch new brand in the market and proven the success rate of the brand.
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is often preferred. English proficient is a must and additional value if can speak Mandarin.
Ability to develop creative and effective strategies that align with business objectives.
Strong skills in communication, both written and verbal, for content creation and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to analyze data, interpret market research, and measure campaign effectiveness.
Ability to lead and manage teams of marketing and brand professionals.
