Branch Sales Development Specialist (SURABAYA/SEMARANG)

We are looking for a motivated Branch Sales Development Specialist to drive sales growth and achieve targets in Surabaya and Semarang. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the transport & distribution industry and a passion for building relationships with clients.

Description
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
  • Identify and target potential customers across relevant industries (e-commerce, retail, FMCG, manufacturing, etc.).
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client pain points.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable 3PL solutions (warehousing, transportation, fulfillment, value-added services).
  • Lead contract negotiations to secure profitable deals.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and pricing teams to prepare accurate quotations.
3. Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate with operations to resolve issues promptly.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling additional logistics services.
4. Market & Competitor Analysis
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and industry developments.
  • Provide regular market feedback to management for strategy planning.
5. Reporting & Performance Management
  • Track sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and conversion metrics.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports for management review.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Profile
1. Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • 2‑5 years of experience in 3PL/Logistics sales, supply chain, or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics operations (warehousing, transportation, freight forwarding, fulfillment).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and create tailored logistics solutions.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
