A leading valve supplier in Indonesia is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee sales strategy and meet budgeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering, strong networking skills in the Oil and Gas sector, and at least 5 years of experience in a managerial sales role. Responsibilities include leading a team, maintaining strategic client relationships, and providing technical support. This position requires a motivated individual ready for business travel and capable of achieving targets under pressure.
Set performance goals, do direct sales forecasting & implementing sales and business strategic to achieve budgeting sales target (branch target)
Accountable for individual and team sales target (Lead, control & monitoring Branch Sales Engineers) to meet their job requirement.
Approach & maintain good relationship with strategic alliances, partners, and clients.
Develop, grow key accounts, looking for new projects and increase sales.
Provide technical backup, customer presentation & traveling to remote customer where necessary and making report to management regularly.
Provide periodic report to management.
