Job summary

Euromedica Group in Medan is seeking a Branch Manager for our Aesthetic Clinic to lead daily operations, supervise distribution, administration and sales, and ensure exceptional customer service.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of managerial experience in aesthetics or fitness, with strong leadership, communication, and market insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field required.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience in aesthetics or gym/fitness industries.
• Strong understanding of aesthetics, sales, market analysis, and business concepts.

Responsibilities

• Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, administration and sales.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.

At least 2 Year of working experiences as Manager in Aesthetic / Gym Industry.

Good understanding of Aesthetic, Sales, market analysis, and concept.

Good Communication, negotiation, managerial, and leadership skill.

Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Beauty, Clinic / Fitness.

Good networking and sales oriented.
