• Candidate possesses at least a Certificate / Diploma or above.

• Provide warm, friendly customer service to all visitors and students
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the branch (changing rooms, reception)
• Support front desk operations (attendance tracking, admin tasks, etc.)
• Assist with class coordination and daily branch routines
• Report and elevate any issues or emergencies to the Branch Manager
• Ensure a clean, cheerful, and well‑organised learning environment

Hours: A (9.30AM‑6.30PM) B (11.30AM‑8.30PM) | 2 days off day on Weekday
