• Monitoring and analyzing SeaBank's Branch business development & sales performance
• Checking the accuracy and ensuring internal & external reports related to branch business with other relevant team
• Implementing, evaluating and monitoring quality assessment plan of marketing processes of branch KPIs, business strategy, sales and performances
• Perform documentation and administration related to all procedures and provisions at the branch office

Requirements

• At least 4 (four) years experience in branch quality assurance/branch support/sales marketing or relevant position
• Experience in managing small team would be a plus
