Job summary

Kalbe Group is seeking a production operator to operate and monitor production machinery, ensuring adherence to schedules and safety standards. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and work with the team to maintain high quality and efficiency in manufacturing processes.

This on-site role requires following all safety protocols, maintaining clean work areas, and supporting improvements to reduce costs and downtime across the production line in Bekasi, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment, ensuring adherence to schedules and standards.
• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and standards, maintaining high levels of quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and regulations.
• Assist in the implementation of production improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth production processes.
• Mengarahkan mesin dan peralatan produksi sesuai jadwal serta standar.
• Lakukan pemeliharaan rutin dan perbaikan pada peralatan untuk kinerja optimal.
• Identifikasi dan atasi masalah produksi untuk meminimalkan waktu henti.
• Pastikan kepatuhan terhadap jadwal produksi serta standar kualitas yang tinggi.
• Pertahankan area kerja bersih dan aman, patuhi protokol keselamatan.
• Bantu implementasi perbaikan produksi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan menurunkan biaya.
• Berkolaborasi dengan anggota tim lain untuk kelancaran proses produksi.
