Job summary

Eni, a global energy company, is seeking an Industrial Residues Coordinator to join PT Eni Natural Energies Indonesia in Jakarta. You will coordinate sourcing and collection of used cooking oil, POME oil, and other residues as bio-feedstocks for biofuel production.

The role covers supplier engagement, contract drafting, logistics, compliance with HSE standards, and frequent regional travel; requires a Master’s degree and experience in waste-based bio-feedstock supply chains.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Agricultural Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Economics, or a quantitative field.
• Extensive experience in bio-feedstock supply chains, especially POME/UCO.
• Experience managing collection programmes and supplier engagement.
• Strong understanding of waste-based bio-feedstock supply chains and quality standards.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sourcing and collection of UCO, POME oil, and other residues.
• Conduct economic analyses of residues, costs, logistics and market dynamics.
• Identify and engage counterparties to develop bio-feedstock supply chains.
• Negotiate and draft supply contracts with internal departments and external partners.
• Manage POME collection and valorisation activities, coordinating with external collectors.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, sustainability certifications and industry standards.
• Optimise transportation and storage with logistics partners.
• Promote HSE policies, incidents reporting, and contractor compliance.
