Job description
Responsibilities
  • Monitor unbilled invoices to ensure timely issuance and proper documentation.
  • Monitor unbilled debit notes and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for completion.
  • Verify and resolve disputed invoices in coordination with internal teams and customers.
  • Conduct follow-up on billing issues to ensure accuracy and timely resolution.
  • Perform the monthly/periodic closing process related to billing activities.
  • Monitor the creation of invoices to ensure compliance with company policies and accuracy of data.
  • Monitor the creation of debit notes and validate supporting documents.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on billing activities, including but not limited to: aging performance, invoice delivery performance, dispute reports, and other relevant metrics.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the same field.
Skills
  • Communication Skills, Problem Solving, Planning & Organizing, Managing Work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and skilled in creating professional PowerPoint presentations.
  • Experience with KNIME is considered an advantage.
