Job description

Role: Beauty Advisor Lead
Placement: Head Office, Gading Serpong, Tangerang

Job Description

1. Coordinate with related departments for Beauty Advisor needs from recruitment, training, placement, sales report discipline, attendance, to shift scheduling.
2. Coaching & performance: set per-BA targets, run 1:1 coaching, create improvement plans, and manage KPI-based incentive schemes.
3. Provide training on product knowledge, selling and objection handling; ensure high level in-store service.
4. Execute TP/CP (Trade/Consumer Promo) & sampling: brief promo mechanics, bundling/GWP, mini demos, and data capture with strict cost-ratio and ROI discipline.
5. Reporting & P&L awareness: daily/weekly/monthly sell-out by BA/store/SKU, conversion, ATV (Average Transaction Value), UPT (Units per Transaction), OOS, promo uptake; review cost ratio.
6. Cross-team coordination with Sales/Partnership/Supply/Finance/HR; liaise with stores to secure Beauty Advisor placement approvals.

Qualifications

1. 3 years experience as Beauty Advisor/Promoter/Field Sales/Trade Marketing, incl. 1–2 years leading a Beauty Advisor area team.
2. Proven coaching & performance management (target setting, 1:1s, improvement plans, incentive schemes).
3. Advanced Google Sheets/Excel (pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic ROI modeling); familiar with attendance/roster apps & photo proofing.
4. Excellent communication & stakeholder skills with Sales, Partnership, Supply, Finance, HR and store/buyer teams.
5. Willing to be mobile (multi-store), work weekends/peak days, and handle event/activation schedules.
