Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Barista or similar role in a coffee shop or well-establishedcafé in Bali.
  • Knowledge of brewing techniques, beverage preparation, and presentation.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle cash and operate a register.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high servicestandards.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards, including hygiene and foodhandling practices.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
Responsibilities
  • Ensures a high level of guest satisfaction is consistently delivered.
  • Anticipates customer and store needs by observing the environment and responding proactively.
  • Engages with customers warmly and attentively, identifying and fulfilling their needs through clear, friendly communication.
  • Prepares food and beverages according to standard recipes or custom requests, including adjustments to temperature, ingredient portions, or substitutions.
  • Adheres to company policies and procedures on cash handling, hygiene, safety, and security to maintain a safe and efficient workplace.
  • Performs various tasks as assigned by management to support smooth daily operations.
  • Maintains regular, punctual attendance and follows assigned cleaning and maintenance schedules.
  • Ensures all required operational records are accurately maintained during each shift.
  • Refers to and applies all procedures outlined in the operational manual.
