About the job: Barista (Pererenan, Full-Time)

Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a passionate Barista to craft high-quality beverages, primarily specialty hot drinks, prepare food orders, manage the cash register, and maintain cleanliness and stock levels.

To succeed, you should have keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, proper food handling knowledge, and the ability to memorize ingredients and adapt to customer requests.

Your sharp memory will enhance efficiency and customer service. You will communicate customer feedback to managers and suggest new menu items. Serve customers promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding hospitality to guests and team members
• Perfect espresso dialing, latte art, and various brewing methods
• Prepare and serve sweet and savory foods, including assembly, delivery, and clearing
• Maintain the work area and daily coffee/espresso equipment maintenance
• Mentor team members to ensure consistency in coffee quality, professionalism, hygiene, and cleanliness
• Implement shift protocols and train all baristas for efficient, friendly service and high-quality coffee
• Build positive relationships with coworkers
• Taste coffee drinks regularly to maintain standards and develop palate
• Provide constructive feedback to ensure consistency and quality
• Support team in smooth cafe operations
• Train new team members using appropriate materials
• Assist in designing signature and specialty coffee drinks

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista
