The opportunity

Goffee Doughnut & Coffee' is looking for a motivated and skilled BARISTA FULL TIME to join our team in Yogyakarta Special Region. As our Barista, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and crafting delicious coffee beverages that will delight our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, filtered coffee, and specialty drinks
• Ensure the highest standards of beverage quality and presentation
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to all guests
• Maintain a clean and organised work station, following proper food handling and safety protocols
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the Bar & Beverage Staff industry
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, equipment, and techniques
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
